WAC 110-300-0146(1)(a)(b)(c): The small playground to the right as you exit the building has climbing play equipment and did not have adequate ground cover as the wood chips only measured at 7.5 inches deep (measured down to the cement below the wood chips). The large playground which has climbing equipment and swings does not have adequate ground cover as the wood chips only measured at 4 inches deep (measured down to the cement below the wood chips).
